Listed on this site are some of our sample menus and services as well as information on pricing and our niche in the Catering market. The example menus have been selected and honed over two decades, but are meant only as a guide. Please feel free to mix and match or choose recipes from the latest magazines, cookbooks or your favorite aunt, and we will be glad to make them for you. We are always looking to explore new possibilities.

It may sound simplistic, but the focus of our catering service is good and plentiful food. Our menus are usually based on tried and true classics (paella, beef burgundy), but new ideas are always welcome. We do not try and re-invent the wheel, so no molecular foam here! Our food is served by friendly people in a relaxed buffet situation. All Chef Ted's portions will include second servings and probably some to take home! Chef Ted is on the approved catering list at Alumni Hall, the Colonnades Club, Ashlawn, and most local vineyards, and has experience catering in most other local venues. Chef Ted is registered with UVA Procurement Services for direct deposit from all UVA Departments.
